RECRUITMENT INFORMATION

For Theta Alumnae:

Kappa Alpha Theta will no longer be writing "letters of references" for potential new members.  Instead, each potential new member will submit a "letter of introduction" from a teacher, coach, mentor or long-time friend. The person writing the "letter of introduction" can be but does not have to be a Theta.

The new, simplified "letter of introduction" form is available on the Theta HQ website and can be submitted electronically at  https://kappaalphatheta.formtitan.com/pnmintroduction#/

Please note there is no avenue for uploading attachments of documents or photos.  Instead, potential new members will submit their resume information when they register for Panhellenic recruitment at their specific college or university campus.

For High School Students:

Each potential new member will need to submit a "letter of introduction" from a teacher, coach, mentor or long-time friend. The person writing the "letter of introduction" does not have to be a Theta alum but certainly can be.  It is most important that the person writing the introduction knows you well and can speak about your personality, character, academic performance and community service.
